Flower Scentral has the right to substitute flowers to a suitable flower and/or value if what is pictured is not available at time of ordering. We will email you about this when necessary
*All orders must be placed BEFORE 11am to ensure same day delivery is achieved.
Courier delivers between 11am & 3pm We CANNOT promise delivery times)
*Any orders placed after 11am will be sent the next business day

* If no one is home to accept flowers, courier will leave in a safe place. if no safe place they will come back to shop and a re delivery will be issued
* Alcohol is only delivery to those OVER 18yrs, It is also NOT LEFT UNATTENDED in times no one is home to accept delivery
