MARSHMALLOWS:
You will receive an increased size of 200g pack of flavoured marshmallows that have been made fresh and sealed within a resealable bag, giving you a jam packed bag of amazing flavoured marshmallows!!
Ingredients:
Sugar Syrup Mixture – Sugar Glucose syrup and water
Halal Gelatine
flavouring
Tapioca Starch
Icing Sugar
Cream of Tartar
A touch of colouring
All marshmallow tins are sprayed with Canola oil.
No ingredients containing gluten are used.
However, it is made in an environment that handles gluten and other allergen products.
For best results, store in a cool dry place in original packaging.
Some drying and/or crystallisation may occur as the moisture content reduces over time. However, this does not affect the taste or your enjoyment of the marshmallow.
Marshmallows may stick together within the packaging, just pull apart and enjoy.

The marshmallows are handmade with lots of yumminess meaning we will need 3-5 days to make them. If you need them for a special day just let us know on the special instructions when you check out.
If stored correctly in the original packaging, they can be kept for a couple of months with just a little bit of crystallisation happening from all the scrummy sugar! But who is going to have them around for that long!!!

BRITTLE:
The brittle is made with dairy free margarine making it perfectly dairy free and great for vegans and vegetarians.
Each mix is homemade and will vary slightly but will always have a taste that is amazingly good!
Ingredients:
Sugar
Glucose syrup (Maize)
Peanuts
Dairy Free Margarine (Vegetable oil, water, salt, emulsifiers (471, sunflower lecithin), natural flavour, vitamins A, D, E, natural colour (beta carotene),
Vanilla bean paste
Salt

- All of our brittles do not contain any gluten or dairy ingredients. However, please be aware that they are made in an environment where gluten, dairy, tree nuts and other allergen products are also handled.
- They are Vegan and Vegetarian friendly but made on equipment that handles gelatine, how ever every effort is made to minimise crossover of ingredients.
- For best results, store your brittle in a cool, dry place in their original packaging.
- Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products, brittle colours and sizes may vary.
